Get Fit with Becca Gillen

We truly cannot get ENOUGH of foodie and personal trainer, Becca Gillen and can you blame us? If you read our last blog, you’ll know that this young ladies story is both inspiring and interesting. She went from unemployed and living off of a budget of €22 to being one of Dublin’s most well know Instagrammers and personal trainers and WE’RE NOT SURPRISED!! Becca loves everything fitness and has achieved every body shape she’s ever set her mind to.

With all this in mind, last time she was in our Dundrum clinic, we HAD to ask, “Becca, what your fitness tips?! SPILL THE BEANS, sorry we mean SPILL THE SUGAR FREE BEANS GIRL!

Here’s what she had to say:

  1. If you’re joining a gym, go and do all the of the classes so that you can learn all of the correct moves and can figure out what you like and what you don’t like.
  2. Find a friend to go for a walk and a catch up with!! Becca put it so simply that everyone likes to go for a walk, a coffee and a catch up and we couldn’t agree more! It can be that simple folks.
  3. We’re getting into summer so outside gyms can also be a lot of fun and speaking of gyms, don’t be afraid to ASK SOMEONE!
