“One step at a time”

We are loving Sarah Moloney’s health and fitness Tips. She’s all about balance and one small step at a time and given her experience with health and fitness, we’re taking her advice as GOLD!

Yes the 19 year old spilled all the detes on how she achieved a healthy and fit lifestyle while not just carrying out her full time college course but also a part time course. So let’s take a look at what she had to say.

In order to achieve a fit lifestyle, you don’t need to do anything crazy! Just make sure you get at least 20-30 minutes of exercise per day. Even if it means taking a light jog around your college. You just have to focus on how you’re going to feel afterwards. You’ll feel amazing, especially if you’re going back to do some college work, your brain will be refreshed and ready to focus with 110%.

Sarah went on to speak about healthy eating but stalled and said, take one step at a time, focus on the fitness side of things and once you have that nailed, put some focus on improving your diet.

We loved Sarah’s advice because her health tips were not daunting and were definitely achievable.

She couldn’t of spoke more highly of Lidl and Aldi for students, she told us that for students on a budget, all you have to do is make a list and check it twice! Well she might not of said to check it twice but she did say that having a nutritious diet on a student budget is totally achievable with the help of Aldi and Lidl.

Before we finished up, she said again, don’t make any drastic changes, just keep it one step at a time.
