Why you should never undergo laser hair removal with an at home laser hair removal machine.

After having the ever so lovely Miss Fit Skinny Tea in for Micro-Needling, we thought our clients might like to know a little bit more about the treatment and why so many people including celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston are opting for this treatment.

Ruth Hetherington (as seen on Xposé), who you may also know as the Blogger, “Miss Fit Skinny Tea” and the creator and CEO of “The Miss Fit Life”, was seen by Yasmin for micro-needling in our Dundrum clinic.

For those of you who don’t know what micro-needling is, the treatment works by allowing the skin to heal itself by puncturing the dermis with microscopic needles. The treatment stimulates your own collagen and elastin. It can be used on areas such as Stretch marks, Scarring, Fine Lines, Wrinkles, Open Pores and Blocked Pores.

The treatment also improves overall skin health.

If you missed Ruth’s Snap-chat story where she documented the full procedure, she explained about how she had had a bad break out years prior which had left her with acne scarring, which is one of the reasons she was interested in the treatment.

Laurie first pointed out to us that WE ALL have little lumps and bumps that we’re not overly happy with much like herself.

So, how does she reduce the appearance of these uninvited lumps and bumps?

Contouring is a key principle in reducing their appearance. Thanks to Kimmy K and her contour revolution, we’re all fully aware of the power of the contour when it comes to flawless make up finish but it also applies to our bodies.

When we apply heat to the skin, it will contract and melt those pesty bits of fat and lumps that we’re not so happy with and it’s very safely excreted through your lymphatic system and to achieve best results, a course of between 2 and 6 treatments is usually recommended depending on the individual and their desired results.

What areas can we treat?

Pretty much every and any part of your body.

Stomach, thighs, hips etc and of course those areas that you work out to the death at the gym and never see much results from.

One of the treatments we use to perform body contouring is called Radio Frequency and it’s quite relaxing. It heats up your skin to 42 degrees to melt away those unwanted bumps and lumps. How to Top up your Instagram Game

While having soccer blogger, Noelle Francis in for her laser hair removal treatment we HAD to ask her. “Noelle, how can we top up our Instagram Game?” No pun intended and her response shocked us. She told us that someone has in fact reached out to her to start promoting her brand on Instagram and from there she made sure to maintain her profile and keep her Instagram profile fresh and original.

1. Always make time to reply to people.

2.Give people advice if they ask for it. She went on to say that it’s important to make time to reply to people and interact. From this she said that her following grew and people knew that they could rely on her for real advice.

3. She ended by saying that the more she gives out, the more she gets back so her final piece of advice was to just keep posting and keep replying.

I think we can all agree that keeping it original is not something we’re worried about Noelle achieving, being a soccer blogger, she is one hundred and ten percent owning the game.
